If your return is approved, we will process your refund according to the agreed refund method and circumstances of the return.

Because we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, our team will contact you to arrange the appropriate refund method.

Products covered by a warranty are eligible for assistance if they develop a genuine manufacturing or functional issue during the applicable warranty period.
